I do charge for my time if you do not have correct documents at time of transfer appointment and have to reschedule, a fee of 35.00 cash to reschedule another appointment will be applied.
If you make an appointment and don’t show up 35.00 Cash will be added and charged for a no show no call. You pay for my time that I set aside for you.
Will hold your firearm for 7 Days. If no response from you in 7 days 35.00 Cash will be applied and I will hold your firearm till paid. Not paid in 30 days firearm will be turned over to BATFE.
When I Accept Your Firearm on Your Behalf I am Paid 35.00 Cash Regardless.
I give everyone a ATF Personal Firearms Record Form P3312.8 and tell them to write down the info on your gun in case of loss, theft. Please keep in a safe place.

How they work? Please contact Sammy Dog’s Firearms Services by email or telephone and tell us about your purchase. We will send a copy of our Federal Firearms License (FFL) to the seller of the firearm (FFL Dealer Only) If not already on file. Please include any Auction number/ order numbers/gun description, name of seller, and a fax or email for them. YOU make the payment to the seller of the firearm.
When the seller receives your payment and the copy of our FFL, the seller will ship the firearm(s) to Sammy Dog’s Firearms Services. Only the Purchaser gets tracking and shipping information we do not. (Security Purposes)
When the firearm arrives, Sammy Dog’s Firearms Services will contact you and set up an appointment to transfer the firearm(s) to you. ( Appointments 7 Days a Week )
